Duplex Family Housing

This 3-phase Duplex Family Housing project consists of 28 prefabricated homes ranging from 1-4 bedrooms. Each home is constructed to 90% completion off-site, are solar powered, and include an exclusive built-in mechanical room with a water cistern.

Using the Rapid Housing Initiative fund, Norway House Cree Nation was able to expand an existing 12-home project to a 28-home project. This housing development will provide a home to over 70 band members in Norway House.
