Modular buildings are our solution to improving the standard of living in Indigenous and northern communities. Our pre-fabrication shop has re-used modular buildings for several community solutions, delivering sustainable units that do not rot, mould, or deteriorate.
Mission Island Community Centre is a recreational project featuring a modular design made up of 13 shipping containers with a fabric building cover. The open floor plan layout offers a full recreational experience and multipurpose uses for the entire community.
View ProjectThis 3-phase Duplex Family Housing project consists of 28 prefabricated homes that will house over 70 band members in Norway House. Each home is constructed to 90% completion off-site and includes an exclusive built-in mechanical room with a water cistern.
